Beautiful Hinokage: Version 1, Version 2, and Version 3. A sightseeing guide to the town of Hinokage in Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan that I developed in my spare time as a Coordinator for International Relations on the JET Program. After translating text provided by the local town office into English I produced a proof-of-concept implementation in the first version. For version 2 I further developed the visual visible structure of the site and in version 3 I replaced the simple Server Side Includes-based backend with a custom PHP/MySQL content management system.
